All new families joining the school are required to complete and submit a direct debit form. To simplify the tuition fee payment process all existing families are also invited to complete a direct debit form.

COLLEGE SUPPORT HOURS
The vibrancy of our school community is maintained by the wonderful effort put forward by the parent community. College Support Hours not only help maintain the college but also help it to grow and show our students that their parents care about their education.
Please fill out the school support hours form and submit it back to the office before the end of each term.
Every term our College hosts a Busy Bee. As a small vibrant school we need the ongoing support of our parent community in the upkeep and enhancement of the College grounds for the benefit of all of our students. Parents and friends support is greatly appreciated. To register for the current terms Busy Bee and receive 3 College support hours per family, please fill out the online form.
Our College hosts regular open mornings for prospective parents to come and visit our college. As a small vibrant school we need the ongoing support of our parent community to assist us in hosting these prospective families. To register for the current term Open Morning and receive 3 College support hours per adult or student volunteer, please fill out the online form.
AFTER SCHOOL CARE
Perth Individual has partnered with OneTree for the provision of before, after and holiday school care services. All families joining our community are required to register with OneTree. To register please go to www.onetree.org.au/enrol-now/
Cycle 1 – cycle 1 booklists are ordered directly through school and billed to your school account.
For Cycles 2, 3, 4 and 5 go to www.campion.com.au and use the code 7CBF
SCHOOLWEAR ORDER FORM
The College Wear shop does not stock items. Uniform items must be ordered in advance and will take from 2 to 6 weeks to be delivered from the bulk order dates (shown below).
Order forms can be submitted at any time by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or to the College wear shop (open on Monday & Tuesday mornings 8.30am to 9.00am).
Please be aware however, that due to manufacturing restrictions, minimum item numbers need to be met, and uniform orders will only be submitted to the manufacturer as a bulk order on an approximately monthly basis.
Once the school has received the bulk order, the College wear team will package the orders and a notice will be put in the College newsletter to let you know that College wear is available for pick up. The orders can be picked up from the College wear shop on Monday or Tuesday mornings.
At this stage, options for cargo shorts & pants and school bags are still being arranged.
